Kelly Slater Wave Company (KSWC) needed help devising a plan to excel in the surf tourism industry and luxury real estate sector. Through meticulous research and analysis, the project aimed to identify market opportunities, develop tailored branding strategies, explore partnership avenues, and recommend innovative product offerings to ensure KSWC's sustained growth and market leadership. This brief won the Capstone proposal to KSWC at Marshall School of Business.
